Shipping/Delivery Options

SHIPPING & HANDLING:  Shipping weights are gross amounts reflecting cost to ship TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE SHIPPED PACKAGE and distance from our east coast warehouses.  FYI, pricing of our products does not include hidden shipping costs.  Our shipping rates therefore reflect those costs involved in packing and shipping the product to you!!!

 

For product volumes and specific details, please checkout with your products and you will see be given a shipping quote.


Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 2 to 5 day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.  Please kindly provide a street address, if possible.  Priority or Overnight shipments may be request at bottom of shopping cart (use Additional Information text block to make your request).   If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

NOTE: We do NOT ship internationally or outside of the continental US, except for Canada upon request with additional charges (actual cost plus handling fee).

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied only to non-food items shipped within NY (8%).  (There is no tax on Coconut Oil in any state).  Sales taxes are not applied to purchases made from other states in the U.S.   We do not ship internationally or outside of the US except to Canada at cost.  State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this company.  You will be invoiced for any sales tax not showing in the final price of your item.

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

Return Policy

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned unopened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Refunds are not provided for opened products unless a sample is sent back and found to be defective.  There will be a $10 restocking fee for opened products.

We reserve the right to deny a refund.

Credit Card Processing Policy
